Pop-Up Mastermind Gathering

A Special One-Day Event with Dorie Clark: May 15, 2026 Austin, TX - Limited to 10 Participants - $5000

High-Touch Guidance and Personalized Feedback

Sometimes the most valuable thing you can get isn't more information. It's the right perspective at the right moment.

You're already successful. Perhaps you’ve built a strong consulting practice, stepped into a leadership role inside your organization, or begun developing a platform around your ideas. But when you’re operating at that level, the questions become more strategic — and the answers harder to find.

You may be wondering:

✅ How do I grow my visibility or reputation in a thoughtful, strategic way?

✅ What should the next chapter of my career or business look like?

✅  Which opportunities are worth pursuing — and which ones should I ignore?

✅ If I wanted to build something larger, what would the smartest path forward be?

These aren't questions that lend themselves to quick answers or generic advice.

That’s why I’ve created this Pop-Up Mastermind in Austin: a one-day, highly interactive experience designed to help a small group of accomplished professionals step back, think more strategically about their path, and get candid, thoughtful feedback on the decisions in front of them.

It's an opportunity for high touch guidance - so you can gain clarity on your most important questions.

Why I'm Hosting This

For many years, I offered private coaching.

As my work expanded — writing books, speaking internationally, and leading my year-long Trajectory Mastermind — I stopped offering it.

Occasionally I host small, focused events, but this is the first time I've ever done a mastermind-style gathering in a one-day format.

This special mastermind pop-up allows a small group of professionals to spend a day thinking deeply about their work, their direction, and the decisions in front of them — with thoughtful peers and direct strategic feedback. It’s intentionally limited to just 10 participants so we can have the kind of thoughtful, nuanced conversations that simply aren’t possible in larger settings.

This Austin Pop-Up Mastermind is the only event of this kind I’m hosting in 2026.

Who This Is For

This experience is intended for thoughtful professionals who are seeking clarity on business opportunities, challenges, and where to focus their time and energy for maximum impact

  • Consultants, coaches, and other self-employed professionals who want to grow their reputation and business more strategically

  • Executives and leaders who are building their internal influence or exploring the possibility of entrepreneurship

  • Experts who want to expand the reach of their ideas and become better known in their field

  • Professionals navigating a transition or considering a new direction

How the Day Works

Before the event, each participant will complete a pre-event questionnaire so I can understand what’s most relevant and shape the day accordingly.

At the center of the experience are individual hotseat sessions. A hotseat is a structured conversation in which one participant receives focused attention from the group—sharing a current challenge or opportunity and receiving candid feedback, ideas, and strategic insight from both me and the other participants.

Each participant will have a dedicated 30-minute session to present a question, challenge, or opportunity that’s top of mind right now.

That might include topics such as:

✅ Increasing your visibility and reputation in your field

✅ Growing or leveling up your coaching or consulting practice

✅ Exploring the possibility of starting your own business

✅ Clarifying how to position your expertise more strategically

✅ Deciding where to focus your energy in the next phase of your career

During your hotseat, you’ll receive direct, candid feedback from me as well as thoughtful perspectives from the other participants.

In addition to my guidance, participants often say they benefit enormously from the collective intelligence of the group, as well as hearing others’ questions and the discussion that follows.

Many participants find that the insights shared in someone else’s hotseat end up being just as relevant to their own situation!

You'll Leave the Day With:

  • Greater clarity about the strategic decisions you face

  • Practical ideas you can implement immediately

  • A fresh perspective on your positioning, visibility, or business model

  • New relationships with thoughtful peers who share similar ambitions

  • Increased confidence about the direction you want to pursue

Why Small Groups Matter

In my experience, the most meaningful professional conversations happen in rooms where people feel comfortable being candid.

That’s one reason this mastermind is limited to only 10 participants. A group of this size allows everyone to contribute, ask thoughtful questions, and develop real rapport with one another over the course of the day.

The goal is not simply to exchange ideas, but to create the kind of environment where people can think out loud, test possibilities, and receive honest feedback from peers who understand the stakes.

Those kinds of conversations tend to stay with you long after the event itself is over.

What to Expect

Your participation in the Austing pop-up mastermind includes:

  • A small group dinner the night before (Thursday, May 14) to connect and start building trusting relationships even before the pop-up mastermind begins

  • A tailored agenda informed by a pre-event questionnaire

  • One 30-minute personal hotseat session to address your top questions

  • A full day of facilitated mastermind discussion

  • Perspectives from me, plus a curated group of experienced professionals, that can cut through the noise, clarify your next steps, and help transform your business

FAQ

  • What time do we meet?

We'll connect for a group dinner the night before (Thursday, May 14) at 630pm. The pop-up mastermind will meet on Friday, May 15 from 9:30am - 5:00pm. Breakfast is on your own; a healthy lunch will be provided.

  • Will every participant get a hotseat?

    Yes.

  • What kinds of questions are appropriate for a hotseat?

This is your opportunity to ask the question that's most relevant to you and your business needs at the moment, so you can get personalized feedback. Maybe it's advice on a business choice you're pondering, or where to focus your attention, or feedback on a strategy you're developing or the best "next steps" to take. It's up to you, but if you're accepted to join for the popup mastermind, I'd be glad to help you craft your hotseat question if you're unsure.

  • Do we get follow-up coaching as part of this program?

No, but participants of past workshops I've led have frequently decided to stay in touch with one another through WhatsApp or LinkedIn Groups, which can be a fantastic source of ongoing advice and support. Additionally, some previous participants have later gone on to join the Trajectory Mastermind, my year-long program.

  • How is this event different than the Trajectory Mastermind?

The Trajectory Mastermind is a year-long, intensive program that meets in person as well as virtually, and provides ongoing support and coaching. The Austin Pop-Up is a one-time gathering with the benefits of masterminding, but obviously you can go much deeper and receive much more guidance over a year-long period.

  • What happens after I apply?

I will get back to you within 48 hours regarding next steps and possible registration.

A Note about Availability

Because this event is intentionally small, participation is limited. It’s also the only pop-up mastermind I’ll be hosting this year.

To ensure a thoughtful mix of participants, attendance will be application-based.

If the experience sounds like a good fit for you, please email me at [email protected] and let me know briefly (a paragraph is fine!) why you'd like to participate and what you'd hope to get out of a gathering like this.

I’ll review the responses and follow up with next steps if it seems like the right match.

My goal is to curate a group of accomplished, generous professionals whose perspectives will complement one another - creating a meaningful experience, as well as concrete insights and progress in your business or career.

Participation in the Pop-Up Mastermind is $5000.
