I've delivered four TEDx talks, spoken at South by Southwest Interactive, and earned hundreds of thousands of dollars annually through professional speaking. This is the first time I've shared the full behind-the-scenes playbook—everything from content creation to pricing, pitching, and delivery.
It's helpful to come with one topic or story you might like to share in your five-minute talk—something that represents your message or area of expertise. You’ll have time to refine it during the workshop.
